Honey Garlic Salmon
This salmon recipe is a total family favorite! It’s incredibly delicious, super easy to make, and everything cooks on just one pan—hello, easy cleanup 🙌 Fewer dishes is always a win in our house! Trust me, once you try it, you’ll be adding it to your weekly rotation.

Recipe:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (230°C).
2. Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, ½ tsp nutmeg, minced garlic, and honey.
Place the salmon in the center of a baking sheet and spread the butter mixture evenly over the top.
3. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli
In a bowl, combine ½ tbsp olive oil, cubed sweet potatoes, ¼ tsp nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat, then spread on one side of the baking sheet.
In the same bowl, toss the broccoli with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add it to the other side of the baking sheet.
4. Cook
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Ingredients:
1-1.5 pounds of salmon
pinch of salt and pepper for Salmon and sweet potatoes and broccoli
¼ cup of melted butter
½ tsp of nutmeg and additional ¼ tsp for sweet potatoes
1 tbs of minced garlic
1 tbs of honey
1 tbs of olive oil
2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
1 pound of fresh broccoli
